The head form was made of 1/4 inch rigid foam boards and LOTS of hot glue.

Inner head. Covered in duct tape, batting and fabric then painted. Teeth made of flexible 1/8 inch foam.

To keep the shape, the head was suspended from this internal brace. The bottom was eventually cutoff and a belt/shoulder straps were attached.

A flexible foam floor mat was used to create the cylindrical shape. A cheap and lightweight solution.

Outer teeth were made of foam, covered in white duct tape and the then painted.

Ready for painting. The stripes were taped off and then black spray paint was used.

Last step was to remove the base, collapse it enough to get it in the car.
