Sandworm
The head form was made of 1/4 inch rigid foam boards and LOTS of hot glue.Inner head. Covered in duct tape, batting and fabric then painted. Teeth made of flexible 1/8 inch foam.Outer jaws. Foam board with duct tape.To keep the shape, the head was suspended from this internal brace. The bottom was eventually cutoff and a belt/shoulder straps were attached.The heads are attached to the frame.What a good sport. And he’s got too posture too!A flexible foam floor mat was used to create the cylindrical shape. A cheap and lightweight solution.Detail of teeth.
